Answers about NebulaPixel services, the diagnosis process, implementation of improvements and web development.

About NebulaPixel

NebulaPixel analyzes and improves the digital journey users take from finding a business to purchasing, booking, inquiring or completing another relevant action. We work on digital visibility, web performance, navigation, conversion and eCommerce. When the project requires it, we can also implement improvements or develop a new web solution.

No. We work with eCommerce and websites whose goal is to generate inquiries, bookings, quotes, leads or other commercial actions. The analysis adapts to the objective and digital journey of each business.

The Digital Customer Journey is the path a person takes through the various digital touchpoints with a business. It can begin on Google, a search engine or an AI platform and continue through the website, a form, WhatsApp, a booking system, a checkout or other channels until an action is completed.

We can work with companies that use their website or eCommerce as part of their commercial process, regardless of sector. The scope varies depending on the objective: selling online, generating leads, receiving inquiries, getting bookings, requesting quotes or other conversions.

Diagnosis and analysis

We can analyze search engine visibility, SEO, performance, Core Web Vitals, navigation, behavior, forms, contact channels and conversion processes. The scope is defined based on the problem and the site's objectives.

A technical audit identifies issues related to aspects such as performance, indexing or site functionality. A digital journey analysis also incorporates what happens when a person tries to move toward an inquiry, booking, purchase or other conversion. Depending on the project, we use both approaches.

Yes. We analyze the site's visibility in search engines and, when relevant, its presence and ability to be interpreted in AI-based search and answer environments. SEO, AEO and GEO are evaluated as part of a digital visibility strategy, not as isolated actions.

Yes. We evaluate performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals and other factors that can affect loading, navigation and user experience. Beyond measuring, we identify what elements are causing the issues and what should be corrected.

Not always. We can conduct an initial assessment using public information and site testing. When the project requires deeper analysis of traffic, searches, behavior or conversions, we may request access to tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.

eCommerce

The diagnosis can include visibility, performance, navigation, behavior, cart, checkout, payment methods, customer support and post-purchase experience. The scope adapts to the specific problem each eCommerce needs to analyze.

Yes. When the project requires it, we can place real orders to verify the full journey from product selection through checkout, payment, communications, support and post-purchase. These tests can currently be conducted in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru, Costa Rica, Mexico, United States and Spain.

The analysis is not tied to a specific platform. We can evaluate stores built on Tiendanube, Shopify, WooCommerce and other platforms or custom developments. The ability to implement certain improvements afterward may depend on the technical characteristics and limitations of each platform.

Delivery and implementation

The client receives the findings, available evidence, a prioritization of issues, recommendations and an action plan. The goal is for the information to be used to decide what to fix, in what order and how to move forward with implementation.

No. The diagnosis does not determine who must carry out the implementation. Your technical team or vendor can execute the recommendations. We can also accompany and validate the implementation or take charge of the agreed improvements.

We can work alongside internal teams and existing providers. NebulaPixel can focus on the diagnosis, deliver the necessary specifications and later review or validate the changes made.

Yes. Implementation can be contracted when the client needs NebulaPixel to execute some or all of the agreed improvements. The implementation scope is defined separately to avoid making the diagnosis contingent on subsequently contracting development.

Redesign and web development

Yes. We can redesign or develop corporate websites and web solutions when the project requires a new technical foundation or the existing platform limits the necessary improvements. Development is not automatically proposed as a result of a diagnosis. We first assess whether the current site can be optimized.

We primarily work with technologies such as Node.js and Laravel, along with API integrations, analytics tools, CRM and other systems when the project requires it. Technology is selected based on project needs, not as a prerequisite for engaging our services.

Hiring

It depends on the scope, the number of pages or processes involved and whether additional testing is required. The timeline is defined before starting the project, along with the scope and deliverables.

The price is determined based on the scope of analysis, site complexity, the processes to be evaluated and the tests required. That's why we review the case first before preparing a proposal.

For an initial assessment we need to know the website, the objective it should fulfill and the problem the business wants to analyze. If we later need access to metrics, platforms or other internal information, it will be requested during scope definition.

You can send us your site URL and briefly tell us what's happening or what you need to improve. We'll review the information to determine the type of analysis or work required before preparing a proposal.
